About Job

Pay: From $65.00 per hour

Job description:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – More Than Just In-Home ABA

Location: San Fernando Valley

Job Type: Part-Time | Flexible Hours

Agency: ABEDI Inc. – Advancement for Behavioral & Educational Development & Intervention

Tired of cookie-cutter ABA? So are we.

At ABEDI Inc., we believe behavior analysis should be impactful, community-focused, and professionally fulfilling. Unlike the big-box agencies that only offer in-home ABA, our BCBAs play a key role in shaping multiple programs across populations and settings.

What Sets Us Apart:

We're not a one-size-fits-all ABA company.

As a BCBA with ABEDI, you’ll gain unique experience across multiple clinical and community programs, including:

  • ✅ Adaptive Skills Training (AST) for teens and adults—teaching independent living, social, and vocational skills in the home & community
  • ✅ Adult Day Program Supervision – Provide community based behavioral oversight and program development for clients with intensive behavioral needs and their staff- day program hours are generally 8am-3pm
  • ✅ Level 4I Group Home Consultation – Collaborate with residential teams to support individuals with complex profiles
  • ✅ Supervision of RBTs and BCaBA trainees, and opportunities to mentor future BCBAs

Your Role, Your Impact:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practice
  • Conduct functional assessments across a variety of environments, not just a family’s living room
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—service coordinators, case managers, administrators, DSPs
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and direct support professionals
  • Enjoy a varied caseload that will expand your skillset and strengthen your resume

What We Offer:

  • Flexible scheduling – Control your calendar while maintaining a healthy caseload
  • Hybrid work – Remote report writing with in-person sessions across your local community
  • Smaller caseloads, deeper relationships – We prioritize quality over quotas
  • Supportive leadership team with decades of combined clinical experience
  • Paid administrative time, mileage reimbursement, and CEU opportunities
  • Opportunities for growth into clinical supervision, training, or program development

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong clinical judgment and flexibility across populations and settings
  • Passion for empowering clients and making meaningful community impact
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

Let’s Talk!

If you’re looking for variety, autonomy, and a mission-driven team—this is the opportunity for you. At ABEDI, we don’t just provide services; we build programs and change lives.

Apply today and rediscover why you became a BCBA.
