Description:

Holbrook Heating, a leading residential HVAC company with headquarters in Syracuse and Albany, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Manager to spearhead the success of our Lead Generation program in the Central New York area.


The Area Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Lead Generation program. This includes developing and implementing effective strategies for generating sales leads, setting appointments with retail customers, recruiting, training, and developing Appointment Specialists. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and motivated individual with a proven track record of success in sales, lead generation and/or program management.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for generating sales leads
  • Set goals and track the performance of Appointment Specialists
  • Direct Report for Central New York Appointment Specialist
  • Provide training and development to Appointment Specialists
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks
  • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by Appointment Specialists
  • Represent the Appointment Specialist program to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain Strong relationships with our retail partners
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
  • Travel throughout the Central New York region on a daily basis to meet with Appointment Specialists in our 20+ retail locations.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or program management
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads and setting appointments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout NYS on a daily basis
  • HVAC Knowledge



Compensation details: 50000-65000 Yearly Salary
