BCBA Social Worker needed for full-time, temp to hire position in Montgomery County.

The BCBA Social Worker will provide training, support, and intervention for clients with pervasive developmental and related disorders, working collaboratively with their families and partner agencies. Responsibilities include behavior management, instructional support, model teaching, and development of resources and assessment tools. The role requires skill in functional assessments, Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trial training, and natural environment teaching to promote positive behavior strategies and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
