Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


This opportunity is for a School Psychologist to support student development and well-being throughout the academic year. The position requires a dedicated professional with strong expertise in psychological assessment and counseling within a school setting.

Location: Brockton, MA
Duration: Full School Year (Contract)
Schedule: Full-time hours with flexible scheduling based on student needs
Caseload: Approximately 80 students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to assess students cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with district and state regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) license
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) in School Psychology
  • Experience managing a caseload with diverse student needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
