Minimum Requirements

• Valid and current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Illonois State License.
• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Complete CPR and First Aid Certification before working with clients.
• Clear background check and driving record.
• Demonstrated proficiency in ABA principles, assessment tools, and behavior intervention strategies.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Ability to work with diverse populations with cultural sensitivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90.00 - $95.00 per hour
