What You’ll Be Doing

As an Audiology Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in making sure our patients feel supported and our clinic runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting, checking in, and checking out patients in the office.
  • Scheduling & confirming appointments, referrals, and follow-ups.
  • Assisting with intake forms, data entry, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Handling incoming and outcoming packages/ checking in packages, etc.
  • Hearing aid troubleshooting (cleaning, battery changes, Bluetooth pairing, etc.). Working up to test box measures of hearing aids
  • Educating patients
  • Preparing rooms and supplies for patient appointments.
  • Collecting and recording payments.
  • Working with our virtual PCC on scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and communication with referring physicians.
  • Helping with marketing projects—from local outreach to sharing our “why” with the community.
  • Maintaining office supplies and hearing aid parts inventory.
  • Working with our team to obtain and maintain your Texas Audiology Assistant License so you can grow in your clinical role.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in patient care and hearing healthcare.
  • High school diploma required; some college or healthcare background preferred.
  • Experience in a medical office, ENT, or audiology setting a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn electronic health record systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in our Southlake office, Monday–Friday.
  • Excitement about growth opportunities, including licensing as an Audiology Assistant in Texas.
