Long Beach Primary Care Associates is a small family medicine clinic in Long Beach servicing a diverse population of patients.
Our organization is looking for a Vietnamese speaking Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, including checking insurance eligibility, scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and providing support to patients and their families. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. This position requires a commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- College degree preferred.
- Coordinate patient care activities with external providers.
- Monitor patient progress and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care activities.
- Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care is provided.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent organization and communication skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual in Vietnamese is mandatory
- Excellent computer skills and phone etiquette
- Able to work from Tuesday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
