A minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills and a positive, patient-centered attitude

Proficiency with dental scheduling and practice management software (experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in patients with a warm and professional demeanor

Manage appointment scheduling to optimize patient flow and productivity

Present treatment plans and financial options to patients

Process payments and insurance claims accurately

Answer phone calls promptly, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling needs

Maintain an organized front office and ensure seamless communication with the clinical team
