Family Based Counselor – $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Coopersburg, PA (serving families across Lehigh County)

MCC Family Services is excited to announce new openings for Family Based Counselors! Our program has experienced significant growth since its creation and is now expanding. This is a great opportunity to make an impact while building your clinical skills in an intensive, team-focused setting.

About the Role

• Spend about 10% of your time in the Coopersburg, PA office
• Provide Family Based Therapy to children, adolescents, and families primarily in their homes or community settings
• Work as part of a two-person team (Therapist and Counselor) using Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT)
• Participate in a three-year training curriculum through The Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center
• Be available to work 2–3 evenings per week to meet family needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (required)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience working in a Child and Adolescent Social Service Program (CASSP)
• Ability to pass child abuse clearance, criminal background check, FBI fingerprinting, and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or approved medical/religious exemption
