Duties

• Guide customers through the exciting process of finding their perfect puppy.

• Build relationships with customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their experience.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and address concerns confidently.

• Achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting.

• Outgoing and charismatic individuals who love connecting with people.

• A passion for animals and helping families find their new best friend.

• Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to make great commissions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
