Forrest Solutions is seeking a polished, personable Intake Specialist to be the welcoming face and voice of our client’s Operations Center. You’ll greet visitors, manage incoming calls and emails, process requests, and keep the office running smoothly—all while delivering exceptional service.
Position: Intake Specialist
Location: Plano, TX 75023
Schedule: 40 hours per week/ Mon- Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation: $26 to $28 per hour
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist visitors, callers, and internal clients with professionalism.
- Monitor and route inquiries, ensuring accurate information is captured.
- Manage supply requests, fulfill swag store orders, and prepare new hire setups.
- Keep the workspace stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional training.
- Conduct Mobile device registration, transfer, transfer/extension/return confirmation, confirmation follow up with users, new user training, system improvements, audit as well as Sim card activation, cancellation, return, expense analysis, credit dispute with carrier for the employees
- Using common Project Management principles, manage multiple projects, update required reports and keep management apprised of related activities.
- Coordinate and manage SIM card operations such as data entry, inventory management, new account activations, cancellations, and re-issuances as needed.
• Input and analyze data through internal system and optimize monthly costs.
• Assist HQ visitor and users with SIM card access, VOC reports, and solutions.
• Share improvements and experiences in operation troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- • Coordinate with US based mobile carriers on contract negotiation to align internal requirements.
What You Bring:
- Prior corporate office, financial firm, or law firm experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
Background/Experience
(Minimum qualifications required to perform this job)
• The Operation Program coordinator must have high school degree or an equivalent level of work experience.
• Strong Project Management skills and the ability to prioritize in a complex working environment
• Would have over 1 years’ experience in the telecom or customer service industry.
• Ability to communicate articulately both verbal and written.
• Comprehensive use of Microsoft Office applications operating in a Windows XP.
Korean Speaker a plus

• Requires full proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products

The ability to provide clarification and understanding to influence others in acceptance and approval of ideas and plans.

• Ability to fulfill clearly defined objectives, time schedules, and provides specific functional direction with an implied knowledge of task alternatives and decision-making experience.
• Must be able to communicate in writing, through email and reports, or orally present matters to an audience that may include less technically oriented listeners.
• Works independently and in a team environment, in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames. Perform to complete tasks and objectives that are clearly defined and guided by upper management.
• Must be able to move and lift objects of up to 40 lbs.
