Job Responsibilities:

• Greet patients
• Answer phones
• Checking patients in and out
• Verifying insurance
• Collecting copays
• Scheduling appointments
• Following all policies and procedures for the front desk
• Collecting demographic information

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Communication skills
• Customer service
• EMR Experience
• Medical Office experience
