About the Role
We're seeking a Practice Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of a leading aesthetic practice. This role blends patient experience, financial management, operational excellence, and team leadership to drive practice success.

What You'll Do

• Ensure an elevated, concierge-level patient experience.

• Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-up procedures.

• Oversee financial performance, including budgets, revenue, and expenses.

• Streamline operations and maintain compliance with industry standards.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire staff including aestheticians, injectors, and concierge teams.

• Drive marketing initiatives, patient engagement, and performance metrics.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Practice Manager (healthcare or aesthetics preferred).

• Strong background in financial management and P&L oversight.

• Proven leadership and team development skills.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and patient care abilities.

• Detail-oriented and reliable in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
