Elder Care Homecare is hiring an Intake Coordinator to join our team. We are a private pay homecare agency servicing New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Jersey, with additional expansion planned in the future. We have been in operation for over eight years, and our continued growth has dramatically increased. This role can be based in any of our US offices.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and their families and managing the initial phases of our intake processes. The ideal candidate will have an administrative or organizational background, an overall positive demeanor as well as good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Fielding inbound calls from patients and their families as well as other referral sources
- Gathering patient information and understanding their needs
- Filling in all required initial intake paperwork and documentation
- Coordinating with our internal team to ensure the appropriate team members are able to follow up
- Sending contracts
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Must Have:
- Experience in an administrative, patient-facing role in the past
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and our internal team
- Google Suite experience
- Experience in Homecare Intake or Coordination in the past a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
