Job Summary: Integral Care is seeking an LPHA Supervisor to provide front-line clinical leadership for our crisis diversion program embedded in the City of Austin's 911 Call Center. Working under the direction of the Practice Manager, this role directly oversees overnight clinicians and leads, ensuring real-time clinical support, staff coaching, and smooth operations during high-need hours. Supervisors are expected to be present on-site at CTECC, actively monitor operations, coach staff, and regularly take crisis calls to maintain proficiency, provide coverage, and model best practices. Supervisors carry responsibility for the clinical quality of their supervisees' work, guiding practice, triage decisions, and skill development under their oversight.
As part of Integral Care's cross-unit supervisor-on-staff rotation (PES, MCOT, EMCOT Response, Next Step, and 911), you'll also support the broader crisis system.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Workhours: Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts with flexibility to cover overnight or attend daytime trainings.
Salary: $75,012.08 - $95,632.16 based on licensure plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay.

Education
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in a human services field.
Required:
- Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Experience in crisis services/first responder systems/severe mental health.
- Skilled at triage, risk assessment, and high-stakes clinical decision-making.
- Supervisory and training experience.
- Flexible, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving program.
Workdays: Monday-Friday.
Workhours: Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts with flexibility to cover overnight or attend daytime trainings.
Salary: $75,012.08 - $95,632.16 based on licensure plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay.
- Second Shift: $3.25/hour.
- Third Shift: $7.25/hour.
- Weekend Shift: $8.00/hour.
