Novus Behavior Associates strives to provide services to the client that are quality, effective, and all-encompassing to help clients to start anew by fostering independence and teaching skills for the client and stakeholders to live his/her most fulfilling life.

Committed to quality over quantity, we primarily utilize a sole practioner BCBA model for focus based interventions that are effective and efficient.

We are seeking an independent and passionate BCBA to provide in-home and community based ABA services in the Westminster / Arvada.

Set your own schedule and work as many or as few hours as you'd like with the clientele of your choosing, in the location of your choosing, while being supported by other ABA professionals in a small practice setting. We are a group of supportive behavior analysts who felt burned out in previous positions and wanted to get back to our priorities and values of a diverse patient group, work life balance, and a commitment to the individualized needs of clients.

  • Flexible schedule – seeking a contractor or part time BCBA. Work as much as you choose and manage your own time off and schedule. No more weekends or late nights
  • Flexible model- sole practioner, tiered model, or a combination of both; whatever you choose/prefer

Applicants should have:

  • Excellent self-management skills
  • Minimum of 2 year experience a behavior analyst with diverse experiences
  • A passion for the field of ABA and for working with individuals of all ages
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple locations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and treatment of behavioral excesses and skill deficits
  • Protocol implementation, parent/caregiver training and consultation in a home/community setting
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with stakeholders that fosters progress towards goals.
  • Maintain accurate data, current documentation, and utilize MeasurePM software for client session tracking
  • Adhere to exemplary standards of ethical and professional practice according to the BACB code of ethics
  • Continually develop knowledge and skills in ABA; a well rounded clinician is an effective clinician

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
