Job Overview
Are you a driven, dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst? All services are direct. We do not have RBTs or BCaBAs on staff. You will travel to the homes of families or other approved locations to provide all services within a designated radius from your home.
Hours/schedule:
- Client dependent: Daytime, after school and/or evening possibilities.
Responsibilities
- Assess behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions using principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles, and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in developing effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
