Tri-County Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc., a locally owned and operated business for over 30 years, is hiring a Roofing Service Department Coordinator with crew management experience. We are a family-oriented, growing business searching for a motivated individual focused on growing and developing the department.
The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our external customers. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a trained staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the key liaison to sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management
- Coordinate crews for efficient production and customer service.
- Answer phone and emails in a professional manner.
- Use our computer program to create work orders, schedule service tickets, order materials, prepare proposals and conduct billing.
Qualifications
- Phone and computer skills.
- Experience either in technical support or management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic management skills.
- Customer service background.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
