One Step Forward is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in person ABA therapy services in homes. This position is available full time or part time, with flexible afternoon and evening options to fit your schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Provide supervision and training to ABA Therapists and RBTs

  • Support caregivers with training and collaboration

  • Track progress and adjust goals as needed

  • Participate in team meetings and maintain open communication

What You Bring

  • Current BCBA certification (required)

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Professional, communicative, and compassionate demeanor

  • ABA experience
