Clinical Therapist
Reporting to the Clinical Director, this position provides clinical services to adults with identified substance use and mental health diagnosis.
LCDC II/III, LPC, LPCC, LISW, LICDC licenses preferred
Clinical Therapist Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Conduct Assessment and generate treatment plans
- Maintain caseload and provide individual and group therapy, as well as case management as needed.
- Completes clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Encouraging, supporting, and listening to patients
- Educating clients on strategies and coping skills
- Maintaining good working relationships with support networks, government resources, and community resources
Clinical Therapist Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with chemically dependent individuals required.
- LCDC II/III, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LICDC licenses required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and community resources
- Excellent time management skills; organized and able to prioritize
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients
- Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, schedules, dates, and information
- Calm and cool-headed with a positive attitude
- Self-directed and self-motivated
- Comfortable with building personal relationships and dedicated to helping others.
- Fulfill documentation requirements of the position accurately and in a timely manner.
- Use inclusive, culturally appropriate language and attitudes with all residents and staff.
- Continue to develop professional skill by maintaining certification through required coursework.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients and avoid dual relationships within the community.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Substance Use Disorder (SUD): 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- LCDC II or III, LPC, LPCC, LISW or LICDC license (Required)
