• Provide oversight and administration of the Housing Counselor Training program
• Serve as subject matter expert for the program
• Serve as approving authority for the use of administration website format, interface or style Knowledge and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Must be a qualified HUD housing counselor
• Knowledge of HUD industry practices
• Expertise in HUD Certified Housing Counselor and Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) counseling
