Job Description

Free Minds, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services, including initial evaluations, individual, couples, and family therapy, and behavioral health consultations. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary Care Teams to support clients’ mental health and overall wellness.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct initial mental health evaluations and develop realistic treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy to youth and adults.
• Deliver solutions-focused therapy and psychoeducation related to complex mental health limitations.
• Provide information and referral services when needed.
• Perform crisis assessments/triage and offer appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines.
• Document services timely in an electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Provide psychotherapy guidance to the team members as needed.
• Utilize standardized assessment and screening tools effectively.
• Maintain compliance with documentation and service requirements.
• Provide counseling for clients seeking faith-based support (if applicable).
• Perform few other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Licensure:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Idaho.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing psychotherapy services in the mental health field.
• Proficiency in patient assessments, treatment planning, and case management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital record keeping systems.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to relocate to Boise, ID (if not local).
