Job Overview:
- This position is part-time but requires a minimum of a 6-month commitment, with sessions conducted at your clients’ home.
- While most sessions are scheduled after school hours, there are a few daytime opportunities for younger clients.
- Session durations vary from 2 to 4 hours per day, 3-7 days per week.
- We prioritize coordinating your availability with our clients’ schedules, aiming for 10 to 30 hours per week.
- We provide continuous training and unwavering support to foster your professional development.
- Pursue growth opportunities, including becoming a Registered Behavior Technician or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Qualifications:
- This position is an ideal fit for paraprofessionals, educators, or other caregivers seeking supplementary part-time employment.
- You must possess the quality of responsibility and consider yourself a patient and empathetic person.
- You must have a high-school diploma or educational equivalent.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) check.

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide patient care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with autism.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with families and educational staff to promote effective behavioral health strategies.
- Ensure safe transportation of clients, requiring a valid driver's license.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
