  • $5000 sign-on bonus offered
  • Performance-based bonuses linked to client outcomes and caregiver satisfaction
  • Sustainable billable requirement: 25–28 hours/week
  • Generous PTO (vacation, sick days, holidays, CEU time)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (company-subsidized)
  • 401(k) with company match

Work Culture & Support

  • Protected work-life balance — no after-hours expectations
  • Dedicated administrative time built into schedule (approx. 25%)
  • Low caseload (8–12 clients, depending on complexity)
  • Mentorship and clinical support from an experienced Clinical Director
  • Reliable coverage plans during PTO to prevent burnout

Tools & Resources Provided

  • Access to modern ABA software (CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink)
  • Fully stocked assessment kits and stimuli (VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, etc.)
  • Dedicated workspace for report writing and planning

Professional Development

  • Annual CEU stipend ($1,000+)
  • Paid time and travel budget for major conferences (ABAI, CalABA, etc.)
  • Internal CEU opportunities
  • Clear career ladder with advancement opportunities
  • Structured supervision program with additional compensation

Team Environment

  • Competitive pay and training for RBTs
  • Ongoing support to cover cancellations and staffing needs
  • Collaborative, ethical culture — no competition between BCBAs

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical ABA practices and high-quality client care
