Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LMHC to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health counseling and support to individuals and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques. This role developing treatment plans, and delivering both individual therapy to elementary age students. The LCSW will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. This is a part time contract position.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical counseling services, focusing on behavioral health and mental health issues.
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and applied behavior analysis in treatment.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient records.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources..
• Stay informed about current trends in social work, mental health counseling, and relevant medical terminology.
• Desire to work with children and to make a difference in our community.

Experience

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
• Previous experience in behavioral health settings is preferred, with a focus on patient care and assessment.
• Experience in individual/group counseling, and intake processes.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 6 per week

Work Location: In person
