What You Will Be Doing

Counselor Key Responsibilities

Your mission is to champion accelerated learning success while nurturing vital life skills through individualized coaching approaches and experiential learning opportunities that prepare students for real-world challenges and achievements.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
• Commitment to work on-location at our Bastrop, Texas campus
• Demonstrated success in youth coaching or motivation (sports coaching, camp leadership, youth mentorship, etc.)
• Proven excellence in personal achievements (whether academic, athletic, professional, or other pursuits)
• Superior verbal and written communication abilities
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
