About Us:
Rubix Mental Health is a Michigan-based practice committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals across the state. We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team on a part-time basis, with the potential to increase hours as caseload grows.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients managing a range of mental health conditions
• Provide evidence-based, client-centered interventions
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Collaborate with other mental health and medical professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Work with accident victims and be comfortable in a trauma-informed care setting

Requirements:

• Active LCSW license in the state of Michigan
• Experience treating clients with conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using teletherapy platforms
• Specialized training in trauma-informed therapy approaches
