Overview
Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., the Clinical Data Analyst & Project Evaluator will collect and input program data for statistical reporting and enhance the program's efforts to track, review, and analyze data relating to continuous quality improvement.
This is a Full-Time position working Monday - Friday.
Pay Range: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $1,500!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for data collection and reporting on performance, including progress toward goals and objectives.
- Compile and conduct analysis for reporting on quality measures.
- Review and make recommendations to program leadership based on data gathered and/or trends identified.
- Monitor compliance and outcomes, and will work to ensure that all goals set are met at a timely fashion. Any potential inefficiencies or concerns will be relayed to the CCBHC Project Director and to any governmental oversight agencies, as needed.
- Conduct scheduled chart audits to ensure clinical and medical compliance with all governmental sanctioning agencies (i.e. OASAS, OMH).
- Based on clinical audits, complete needs assessments to determine clinical training focus.
- Maintains various sets of data including, but not limited to; health data, program metrics and outcome-based data.
- Delivering required data to external agencies as needed.
- Participates in program administrative and clinical committees as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- One year of analysis and/or quality improvement experience.
- An equivalent combination of experience and training may be a substitute for the above.
- Proficiency with SQL and Excel required.
- Experience in behavioral healthcare and electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to carry out tasks with a high degree of independence and decision making.
- Ability to work effectively with management, clinical and support staff with external partners and vendors.
- Must possess a valid NYS driver's license.

Salary and hourly compensation ranges are provided in accordance with NYS law and are based on Helio Health's good faith belief of what is accurate at the time of posting. Salary and hourly compensation offers are based on candidate's education level and experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager and program.
