Summary

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Arroyo Developmental Services, you will play a pivotal role in implementing behavior analytic methods to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help foster meaningful work experiences and enhance participants' quality of life through tailored behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor participant progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior analytic techniques and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding participant confidentiality.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to promote holistic care for participants.
• Facilitate social skills training and community integration activities.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, families, and participants.
