What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the service schedule for your designated region, overseeing up to 10 technicians.
- Optimize daily productivity by scheduling work based on technicians' skills and route efficiency.
- Ensure technicians adhere to time and attendance policies and meet service schedules.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
- Apply strong customer service skills to effectively manage client interactions and resolve issues.
What You'll Need to Do It:
- College degree or 2+ years of experience in customer service, project management, coordination, or facility services preferred.
- An interest in learning new technology is essential. We use ServiceTrade, an industry-specific program—training provided, but success in this role thrives on your initiative and commitment to learning.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
- A customer-focused, professional approach to every interaction and task.
- Familiarity with Connecticut geography is a plus, but not required.
