Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to lead our organization in developing and managing programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program development and management, along with a passion for working with diverse populations. This role requires excellent relationship management skills and the ability to supervise staff effectively while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct CANS/ANSA assessments, ISPs, Initial psychosocial, Diagnosis and updates as needed.
- Ensure full compliance with TMHP, HHSC, MCO, and CARF standards.
- Provide daily supervision of QMHP staff, including case assignment, note review, and compliance checks.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring that all programs meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.
- Supervise and mentor program staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to enhance program effectiveness.
- Prepare and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to program services and operations.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
- Provide administrative support including reporting, documentation, and data analysis to inform decision-making.
Experience
- Proven experience in management within a social service or healthcare setting.
- Strong background in program development specifically related to behavioral health or services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, staff, and community partners.
- Administrative experience including budgeting and financial oversight is essential.
- Supervising experience is required; experience in social work or related fields is a plus.

Pay: $46,599.40 - $56,119.70 per year
