About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist with specialized experience in family law to join our dynamic mental health team in San Antonio. This role involves working closely with families, attorneys, and courts to provide expert psychological services in high-conflict and transitional family situations.

Responsibilities

· Conduct psychological evaluations for custody, visitation, and parental fitness.

· Provide therapy to individuals, children, and families involved in legal disputes.

· Prepare clinical reports and expert evaluations for court use.

· Offer expert testimony in family court proceedings.

· Collaborate with legal professionals and social services.

· Support families through conflict resolution and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

· Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.

· Active Texas license (PhD, PsyD, or LPC).

· 3+ years of clinical experience, including 1+ year in family law settings.

· Strong understanding of Texas family law procedures.

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

· Experience with trauma, domestic violence, and child development is a plus.
