POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking Licensed Professional Counselors to provide comprehensive mental health services through our Tranquil Transit™ mobile laboratory program and community-based interventions. This unique partnership offers 45% revenue sharing from all clinical services you provide, creating exceptional earning potential while making meaningful impact in underserved communities.

  • You receive 45% of ALL insurance payments collected from your clinical services• ClassroomEQ handles 100% of billing, collections, and administrative tasksNo overhead costs - equipment, materials, and support provided• Transparent monthly reporting of all collections and your earnings

Projected Earning Potential:

Based on 25-family caseload (typical full-time load):Monthly insurance collections: $14,850 • Your 45% share: $6,683/month • Annual earning potential: $80,196+

Income breakdown per family served monthly: • Individual therapy sessions: $270/month per family • Family therapy sessions: $140/month per family • Crisis intervention: Additional premium rates • Total per family: $410+ monthly → Your 45% = $184+ per family

Performance Bonuses:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClinical Services (Your 45% Revenue Stream):

  • Provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based practices• Conduct family therapy sessions addressing systemic and relational dynamics• Deliver group therapy services for targeted populations• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment planning• Provide crisis intervention services through mobile laboratory deployment

Educational Collaboration:

  • Partner with educators and school personnel on student mental health needs• Implement Art of Emotional Thinking™ curriculum with clinical oversight• Participate in IEP/504 meetings and educational planning• Provide consultation to teachers and administrators on trauma-informed approaches

Community Engagement:

  • Deliver services in diverse community settings (homes, schools, community centers)• Participate in outreach and family engagement initiatives• Collaborate with community partners and referral sources• Maintain cultural responsiveness and sensitivity in all interactions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Licensing:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field• Current Texas LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in good standing• Active NPI (National Provider Identifier) number• Current CPR certification

Clinical Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience• Experience with children, adolescents, and families preferred• Trauma-informed care training and experience• Crisis intervention experience highly valued

Insurance & Billing:

  • Experience with Medicaid/CHIP billing procedures (we handle all billing for you)• Familiarity with CPT codes and insurance documentation requirements• Understanding of evidence-based practice documentation
