We offer a dynamic, person-centered Day Program designed to support clients through cognitive, social, behavioral, and emotional rehabilitation in a supportive community-based setting.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LMSW, or LCSW) to serve as a Day Program Manager for adults with TBI. This individual will play a key role in coordinating care, developing individualized service plans, facilitating group activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while promoting client growth and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate individualized service planning for Day Program participants
• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups focused on life skills, emotional regulation, and social integration
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (e.g., OT/PT, case management) to ensure holistic client care
• Advocate for participants’ needs and rights with families, caregivers, and external agencies
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with standard practices
• Assist with program development, quality assurance, and outcome tracking

Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LMSW, or LCSW) in [State]
• Experience working with individuals with TBI, neurobehavioral conditions, or similar populations strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and group facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
