As the patient support manager, they are responsible for the front desk/patient support department, care coordination, and non-clinical feedback and concerns. This role is responsible for managing and tracking the patient’s journey throughout their time with Sanctuary.
As the care coordinator, they are responsible for creating the culture and experience, starting at the patient’s first welcome appointment. This role is responsible for acting as the concierge for each Intensive Program patient, guiding them along their yearlong patient journey. The care coordinator is the first point of contact for the patient after their enrollment, and will work closely with the patients, their families, the care team, and leadership to address all non-clinical needs and concerns throughout their time at Sanctuary Functional Medicine.

Patient Experience:
- Provides concierge-level customer support.
- Increase patient retention and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with patients and nursing to help identify and escalate issues appropriately. Cultivate a hand-holding environment.
Administrative Organizational:
- Collect, document, and organize invaluable client feedback on product, design, and delivery of the program. Including patient feedback, concerns, and additional services needed. Responsible for ordering office supplies as needed, within budget.
Managerial Oversight:
- Manages and is responsible for front desk/patient support staff.
- Manages patient support staff in handling supplement delivery.
- Review of patient support staff payroll for conciseness.
- Manages patient support staff in receiving and relaying new patient inquiry contacts.
Education Requirements:
- Degree in business management or sales/marketing preferred; or experience in management of medical office clerical staff and/or management of customer service in a medical sales environment will be considered.
Salary:
- Based on experience.
- Benefits/employee discounts available.
Hours:
- Monday-Friday, 40 hours, no holidays/weekends.
