Position: Psychiatrist
About the Role
We are seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join a growing outpatient mental health practice dedicated to providing evidence-based treatments and improving access to quality care. This role offers the opportunity to work with adult patients in an office-based setting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric assessments, psychotherapy, and medication management.
- Supervise and support Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs).
- Collaborate with a team offering psychotherapy, neuropsychiatric testing, and interventional psychiatry.
- Optional involvement with innovative treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (Esketamine).
- No required on-call duties.
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school.
- Completed or in the process of completing an accredited Psychiatry residency.
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Psychiatry.
- Valid West Virginia medical license (or eligibility).
- DEA registration required.
- Interest in advanced/interventional treatments preferred.
