Lacuna Autism Services is on a mission to provide the best Applied Behavior Analysis services in San Antonio, and the surrounding areas. We provide behavioral therapy services for children, with a focus on early intervention, for ages 0-12. We believe that the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is the lifeblood of the organization.

We are currently searching for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the San Antonio area who share our three cornerstones of clinical success. These three cornerstones are;

What You Will Do

o Provide 1:1 ABA Therapy in the home, in our center, or in the community

o Implement programs, behavior intervention plans, etc. as designed and supervised by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst

o Maintain open communication with the rest of the clinical and administrative team

o Collect and input data accurately and timely

o Provide for the direct implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention

o Address problematic behaviors in accordance with Positive Behavior Support technique

o Track data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors on a daily basis

What You Will Need

o Active and current Registered Behavior Technician license through the BACB

o Passionate and energetic about working with children

o Valid Driver's License
