What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Active BCBA® certification and state licensure (if required).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clear background check.

Bonus Points:

• Experience supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT®).
• Proficiency in assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AIM, PEAK).
• Skills in caregiver education.
• Hands-on experience with autistics.
• Creative, solution-focused approach to treatment plans.
