Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time or Contract

Position Overview

As a BCBA at Caprock, you’ll lead clinical services, staff training, and family support. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where your expertise shapes lives every day.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments (e.g., ABLLS, VB-MAPP)
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training (using BST)
• Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress
• Conduct parent training sessions
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain documentation and HIPAA compliance
• Attend weekly clinical meetings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Current BCBA certification (in good standing)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience with Autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000/year
