DDS Community Based Day Services (CBDS)

Center Based Burlington Ma

Monday -Friday 8-4pm

$83,000 salaried

Who You Are:

· Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

· Massachusetts’ independent clinical licensure of Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.

· A minimum of five years of experience working with youth or young adults with ASD and serious emotional and behavioral health disturbances

· At least 2 years supervisory experience

· 8:00-4:00 Monday-Friday

· Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities Services of Massachusetts (DDS) and/or DDS CBDS a plus

· Strong leadership, organizational, communication, writing and supervisory skills.

· Experience working with adults with behavioral challenges, lived experience and knowledge of center based models preferred.

· Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

What You Will Do:

The Program Director will have the overall oversight of the DDS CBDS program which includes participation in leadership meetings, supervision of staff including hiring, team building, and promoting growth of clinical skills throughout the team. The Program Director will be the primary liaison with DDS and will be the referral coordinator and first contact with families and person served. The Program Director will also share back up support to the program.
