Seeking a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will provide clinical insight, support behavior technicians, and collaborate closely with families and other professionals to deliver high-quality care. As a key team member, you will take on a leadership role-ensuring programs are effective, consistent, and aligned with best practices. Your ability to model excellence, provide guidance, and foster collaboration will be central to your success.

Required Qualifications::

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of North Carolina
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Interested in Home Health Visits.
