Coordinator– Home Care

Role Overview:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate care and schedule staff
• Problem solve to ensure client and chha satisfaction
• Manage call-offs , schedule changes, and participate in on-call rotation
• Document client and employee concerns

Requirements:

• 1+ years in home care
• In-depth knowledge of HHA scheduling, compliance, and case management
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
