Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $85,000 – $90,000 per year

About Us:

Behavior Therapy Clinic (BTC) is seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in the Westside and South Central Los Angeles areas. This position focuses exclusively on school-based ABA programs, working closely with both public and private educational settings to support students with autism and other developmental delays.

Position Summary:

As a School-Based BCBA, you will design, implement, and supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs directly within school environments. You'll collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create effective behavior plans and skill-building interventions tailored to each student's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage school-based ABA programs
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education and behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student success
  • Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis
  • Prepare progress reports and participate in IEP or student support meetings
  • Provide staff and teacher training in behavioral strategies and supports
  • Maintain clear and ongoing communication with school teams and caregivers

Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification (Required)
  • 2 years of experience as a BCBA
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Completion of ABA coursework at the university level
  • Minimum of 2 year supervising ABA programs
  • School-based experience strongly preferred
