Position:

Provide direct one-to-one educational/ABA therapy for students with autism or disabilities.
Deliver ABA skills support across adaptive, academic, speech, language, communication, vocational, behavior, play, and cognitive domains.
Collect and graph student progress data.
Implement behavior intervention plans.
Assist in assessments and treatment planning.
Participate in PFA and SBT treatment implementation.

Location: Everett Public Schools
Schedule: Full-Time, School Day Hours
Compensation: $25–$35 per hour / $2,000 bonus for current CBTs

Our Treatment Approach:
Apple Academy utilizes evidence-based practices, including Greg Hanley’s Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) methods, to address behavioral challenges, build skill sets, and promote student success.

Certified Behavior Technician Responsibilities:

Implement individualized goals based on PFA/SBT methods.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary team.
Collect and analyze data to guide instruction and intervention under BCBA supervision.

Requirements:

Active Certified Behavior Technician license.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
CPR & First Aid Training.
Negative TB test (within past 60 days).
Ability to lift 30+ lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

RBT (Registered Behavior Technician).
Experience in school-based or ABA settings.
