What You’ll Do

Create a Welcoming Guest Experience

  • Warmly greet all clients and ensure a professional, friendly first impression
  • Handle inquiries in person, by phone, or via email with efficiency and care
  • Proactively address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit

Drive Sales & Promote Memberships

  • Educate clients on spa services, products, and membership benefits
  • Meet or exceed sales and membership goals
  • Earn commission on memberships

Manage Appointment Scheduling

  • Schedule, adjust, and confirm appointments using spa management software
  • Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
  • Ensure timely flow of services throughout the day

Support Front Desk Operations

  • Accurately process payments and handle multiple payment methods
  • Maintain guest records, intake forms, and documentation in compliance with privacy standards (HIPAA)
  • Ensure all clients complete required forms prior to services

Maintain a Clean & Organized Environment

  • Keep the reception, waiting area, and common spaces neat, stocked, and welcoming
  • Ensure marketing displays, promotional materials, and retail products are updated and well-presented
  • Assist with light tidying and laundry as needed

Support Retail & Inventory Management

  • Assist guests with product and retail purchases
  • Monitor front desk and product inventory levels
  • Notify management when restocking is needed

Collaborate on Marketing & Promotions

  • Inform clients about current promotions, loyalty programs, and events
  • Support social media and promotional efforts (e.g., before/after photos with client consent)
  • Reach out to prospective leads through our marketing software to nurture interest and increase bookings

Track Performance & Communicate with Team

  • Record daily metrics on memberships and staff performance
  • Share guest feedback and preferences with spa service providers
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 year of customer service experience in a client-facing role
  • 1 year of front office or receptionist experience — MedSpa or wellness industry experience is a strong plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer tools
  • Knowledge of spa or aesthetic treatments is preferred
  • Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must not be enrolled in any aesthetics/laser/nursing programs or have a license in aesthetics/laser/nursing

Schedule & Availability

  • This is a full time position
  • Evening and weekend availability is required
  • Schedules will be set after training is completed, with some flexibility based on spa needs
  • Requires the ability to commute and work at both locations, Chandler and Mesa
