Bright Future ABA Services is a family-focused ABA therapy company dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized in-home therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Position Summary:
We are seeking caring and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD. As a BT, you will work closely under the guidance of a licensed BCBA, who will train and support you in implementing individualized treatment plans. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, grow professionally, and make a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

Responsibilities:

· Implement ABA therapy programs in the client’s home under BCBA supervision.

· Receive training and coaching to build your skills in therapy delivery.

· Collect data and track client progress.

· Communicate openly with supervisors about successes and challenges.

· Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical standards.

Requirements:

· Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification within one month of your first client assignment.

· High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.

· Reliable transportation to visit client homes.

· Flexibility in scheduling, including after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.

· Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities.

· Coursework or training in ABA, psychology, or related fields.

Compensation:

· $20 to $30 per hour for all billable clinical services.

· Part-time hours based on client needs and your availability.
