Nova Wellness is a new therapy practice in Florida dedicated to helping children, teens, and families shine brighter and grow stronger. We are starting with mental health counseling services and plan to expand into a multidisciplinary wellness center that supports the whole family.

Our mission is to create a compassionate, family-centered space where clients feel supported in every aspect of their well-being.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is passionate about pediatrics and family care — and who is also interested in becoming a cofounder and clinical leader.

This is not a standard salaried role. Instead, it is a partnership/equity opportunity where you will help shape clinical direction, supervise future clinicians, and grow the practice alongside a business/operations partner.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct counseling services to children, teens, and families.
• Oversee clinical quality, ethics, and compliance.
• Collaborate on program design and future service expansion.
• Supervise interns or registered interns (as eligible).
• Partner in decision-making and long-term strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.
• Experience or passion for pediatrics, teens, and family work.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to step into leadership.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and vision for growth.
