Role Description:
BCBA Clinical Director
We're seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work-life balance. We need a BCBA with at least 3 years experience to be the Clinical Director of the Centennial location starting in December. It is a brand-new facility that is designed to be sensory friendly and encourage play/imagination.
Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in Medicine, Mental Health, and Behavioral Health
  • Proven experience in Clinical Supervision and Psychology
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Relevant certification and licensure (BCBA)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards
  • Preferred master's degree in clinical psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field
  • CPR certification

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work

  • BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing
  • Clinical Directors have a MAX caseload of 9 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).
  • Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
  • You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training

Supported, Not Micromanaged

  • Owners are not involved in clinical decisions
  • We provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training from the Franchising Team
  • We have a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. We gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
  • All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
