About Prexnova

Prexnova is transforming healthcare by creating precision, doctor-guided protocols that combine insurance-covered care with natural solutions and premium supplements. Our mission is simple: make patients feel results fast while building systems that providers can trust and scale.

We are in growth mode and looking for a builder — someone who wants more than just a “call center” job. We need a Care Coordinator who will also help us design, document, and train the systems that will allow Prexnova to scale nationally.

Role Overview

As a Care Coordinator / Program Builder, you will:

Be on the front lines with patients (3/7/14/21-day follow-up calls, 10–15 minutes each).

Log patient minutes into our EHR for compliance and insurance billing.

Track patient progress with sleep, pain, stress, and weight protocols.

Escalate issues to providers quickly.

Help create the playbook: refine call scripts, create training guides, and work with leadership to make the system better each week.

Be part of the founding team that sets the standard for how Prexnova engages patients nationwide.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in healthcare support (MA, CNA, LPN, RN, or similar) preferred but not required.

Strong communication — you’re warm, empathetic, and professional on the phone.

Highly organized, tech-comfortable (EHRs, CRM, telehealth tools).

Entrepreneurial mindset — you enjoy building systems, not just working inside them.

Ability to write/update SOPs, training documents, and call scripts.

Detail-focused with clean documentation habits.
