Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Opportunity in CaliforniaWe are looking to add a highly qualified and kind mental health counselor to our prestigious team. This position provides the chance to deliver effective therapy in a cooperative, growth-oriented environment.Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PMSalary: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefitsKey Responsibilities:

Perform thorough intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups dealing with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties
Work alongside a dedicated team of professionals to deliver holistic care
Participate in continuing education to ensure the highest standard of clinical practice

Contribute to service enhancements and the ongoing development of program strategiesRequirements

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling. Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution
Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
